Elitists, obviously. Only elitists could fail to appreciate the marvels of a liberal democracy. Tsarist lackeys and servitors of the bourgeoisie, saboteurs and foreign spies.
I mean, seriously, after (as we all know) the overwhelming majority of the population of Vietnam voted for Mr. Nixon in 1968 and then again in 1972, thus strongly conveying a demand to be exterminated by carpet bombings, burned by napalm, and poisoned by agent orange, – after that only a self-indulgent elitist and sworn enemy of liberal democracy (and the left in particular) could’ve gotten the idea to start blowing up empty Pentagon bathrooms in an attempt to deprive the Vietnamese people from exercising their right to be exterminated, burnt alive, and poisnoned.
